A live view from the Heritage Centre porch was provided as a trial in 2004. It showed the green, looking toward the hall, and it was a pleasant thing while it lasted. The trial has ended. The last image is not stored on this server, and is not kept on the machine at the centre.

Visitors who want a picture of the village before travelling are asked to use the printed card at the centre, or the photograph in the mining gallery, when the centre is open. We do not send a view by electronic mail. The green is still there, and it photographs well from the porch.
