The drawers behind the desk are numbered 1, 2 and 3. Numbering was not continued after the third drawer. A fourth was measured and not fitted. The three that were fitted are the three that are used.

Drawer 1 holds current leaflets and the correction sheet, when stocks are on. Drawer 2 holds committee papers. The 2003 evening programme is not in this drawer; that programme has been withdrawn. Drawer 3 holds spare sketches and cards. Sheet 4 of the 2003 sketch is not held as a file, and is not in this drawer.

This handlist is not issued with the leaflet and is not sent by electronic mail. The 2003 print gave a separate address for the third drawer; that address is not used on the board. Holders of that print will find it written as /downloads/drawer-3. Papers at the centre remain those on the outer board when the desk is shut.
